Exploring American History with American Girls (Session Two) - Winter 2020

Description:

Exploring American History with American Girls combines reading, comprehension, literary elements, discussions, history, research, geography, timelines, culture and presentation skills into one fabulous age-appropriate class that will have your children begging for more! The kids who have taken this class LOVE it!! We have FUN learning!

During session two, students will explore United States History from 1853 – 1904. We will learn about (and read) the following topics (and books):

French Influence/New Orleans - Meet Cecile
Swedish Immigration - Meet Kirsten
Civil War/Underground Railroad - Meet Addy
Industrial Revolution - Meet Samantha

NOTE: You do not have to take Session One and/or Session Three to participate in Session Two. All Exploring American History with American Girls classes are STAND ALONE classes. You can take them in any order!

NOTE: Registration deadline is December 30, 2019.
