“If you’re having trouble changing your habits, the problem isn’t you. The problem is your system. Bad habits repeat themselves not because you don’t want to change but because you have the wrong system for change. In Atomic Habits, you’ll get a plan that can take you to new heights.” (James Clear)
In this one of kind – first time offering – adult and mature high school student book club, together, we will read the best selling book by James Clear, Atomic Habits, and together, work through a workbook/journal to break bad habits and together, build good habits.
We will meet six times over the course of two months on Friday morning from 9:00 – 10:30 am ET.
This is a DISCUSSION BASED (yes, we will use microphones – and hopefully you will turn on your webcams!) to discuss, analyze and share your thoughts, successes and even doubts as we all come together to help one another!
