Danielle Casale

Danielle Casale, M.Ed., was born and raised in Long Island, New York. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Dowling College in Oakdale, New York and attained a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida.

Danielle has been teaching various grades in the Broward County Public School System since 2004. She has won awards for her implementation of CANVAS technology in the classroom and was vital in the transition to a virtual school environment during the 2020 COVID-19 outbreak. In addition, she has been a nominee for Teacher of the Year and a Candidate for entry into the LEAD Program on the path to become an Assistant Principal.

Aside from her work in the public-school system, she also teaches English to children from other countries via virtual setting. Danielle feels that the best part of being a teacher is getting to see the children connect all the dots as they learn and grow.

When she is not teaching, Danielle, her husband and their two young daughters enjoy going to the movies, spending time outside and doing things together as a family.

My daughter loves your classes…

My daughter loves your Sociology classes. She told me that even though you allowed her to prepare a note card for her midterm (which she did) – she didn’t use it because she wanted to test herself on what she knew. Thank you for all you do, and for making the subject enjoyable!

My 14 yr old high school freshman took this class. It was extremely well organized with clear cut expectations. Danielle’s style of teaching was collaborative and she really seemed to know each student well. In fact, we had a death in the family in December. Ms. Danielle was incredibly supportive and allowed J to take the final 2 weeks later so it wasn’t in the middle of a funeral and the holidays. J looks forward to taking Sociology next year. I wholeheartedly recommend this class as a robust social science high school credit.

A fun way to learn fractions

My daughter throughly enjoyed this class.

The teacher’s fun approach to math and patience has allowed her to see this subject in a much more positive light.

This class also helped unlock some of her blocks and enabled her to “see” more clearly how numbers work.

Fun way to learn

Is there a better way to learn than with food? My daughter looked forward to this class every week and made sure the grocery list had items for class on it. It was fun and I highly recommend it. We’re looking forward to taking more classes with Miss Danielle in the fall.
