
Ken Kozaczka graduated in 2001 with a B.S. in Computer Information System from Buffalo State College. Since then, he has worked in the role of software developer, venture architect and CTO for various technology startups. Working with highly innovative companies allowed Ken to develop expertise with a wide range of technologies including, web development, mobile apps, data analytics, machine learning, embedded systems, 3D printing and robotics.
A homeschooling family, Ken and his wife have combined their efforts and expertise to teach their three children the past ten years. With 20+ years as a technology professional, Ken has turned his focus to education, developing technology coursework and projects for youth. Now, Ken brings his passion to engage students in technology education to Open Tent Academy.
When not in front of his keyboard, Ken’s favorite thing to do is spend time with his family. They can usually be found enjoying the outdoors at a park, hiking in the woods, or wandering around the shores of Lake Erie.
